Joseph Foust IV Obituary, Death – Lima Motorcyclist Died After Crash in American Township

Preliminary investigators reported that Joseph was traveling northbound on a Harley-Davidson motorcycle when a southbound Cadillac CTS attempted to turn into the correctional facility and failed to yield, resulting in a collision with the motorcycle.

Authorities said the driver of the Cadillac, a 55-year-old woman from Elida, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital for evaluation and treatment.
